Facilitated Team Training

We believe everyone is a leader AND who we are is how we lead. This workshop equips your team with the tools to cultivate braver, more daring leaders, and teaches you how do you embed the value of courage in your culture.

12+ years of research by Dr. Brené Brown has found that the future of leadership demands braver leaders and more courageous cultures. This facilitated workshop leads your team to being Dare to Lead Trained and an official Daring Team, equipping you with skills to move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

This program is an empirically based courage-building program based on the most significant findings from Dr. Brené Brown’s latest research which points to the fact that courage is a collection of four teachable, measurable, and observable skill sets.

Our team will lead you through a dynamic experience to unpack and apply the four skill sets in service of unlocking your impact as a leader.

“A leader is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people, processes, and ideas and has the courage to develop that potential.”

Our Approach

This program is designed for teams ready to embrace brave leadership, shed their armor, and show up with whole hearts in their work and life. Intuitive and interactive facilitation will guide the group through the actionable and measurable skill sets of daring leadership.

Custom Format

We customize this workshop for specifically for your team. The workshop can be delivered both virtually or in-person and over the course of weeks/month {shorter sessions} or through 3 back-to-back, full-day sessions {think retreat setting}. The experience involves a total of 18 hours of learning.

The Skillsets of Courage Your Team Will Learn

1. Rumbling With Vulnerability

Facing risk, uncertainty, and emotional exposure with courage and clarity.

2. Living Into Our Values

Identifying, operationalizing, and practicing the beliefs that we hold most important.

3. BRAVING Trust

Creating or deepening connections in relationships and teams based on the seven elements of trust

4. Learning to Rise

Learning and growing from the failures, setbacks, and disappointments that are inevitable when we are brave with our lives.

Daring leaders are self-aware, know how to have hard conversations, hold themselves and others accountable, build trust, lead with empathy and connection, take smart risks that lead to innovation, reset quickly after disappointments and setbacks, and give and receive feedback – especially when it’s tough.
