Lesson #5: Failure & Resilience – Building the Skillset of Learning to Rise
Building the Skillset of Learning to Rise is designed to teach emerging leaders the value of viewing failures as opportunities for growth and development. Through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios, participants will learn techniques to foster resilience, adapt to challenges, and transform setbacks into stepping stones towards success.
Lesson #6 – My Emerging Leadership Plan
Your emerging leaders will leave with a personalized leadership statement and actionable Emerging Leadership Plan. This plan empowers them to lead with vision, purpose, and adaptability, propelling your organization toward sustainable growth and success.
All sessions are 90 minutes in length, and are are held virtually over Zoom.

Each Emerging Leaders Cohort comes with one IC Equity Scholarship, specifically aimed at addressing inequity in leadership training and promoting diversity within the community. The scholarship fully covers the cost of the Emerging Leaders Cohort ticket and is open to individuals from underrepresented groups, which encompass but are not restricted to: Black people, Indigenous people and other people of color, people with disabilities, marginalized genders, and LGBTI+ individuals.
