Discovery

We'll begin with a discovery session to help us better understand your unique story, your strengths, your current challenges, what success looks like, where you want to go and grow as a leader and how we'll measure progress.

360 Assessment

The most effective leaders seek well-rounded feedback. We utilize the Leadership Circle Profile 360, a proprietary assessment that provides a well-researched competencies and motivating habits of thought. Ultimately, the LCP gets at the source of both productive and reactive behaviors putting leaders in touch with what is working and what is not. Feedback is provided from peers, colleagues, direct reports and managers (if applicable).

Action-Focused Strategy
