Meet The Team
Zach spent twenty years in executive roles—learning from the best, gathering intel, and testing hypotheses. He has spent the past five years implementing his findings to help entrepreneurs get “unstuck” and scale their businesses. Now he wants to help you scale yours.
While most facilitators bifurcate culture and strategy, Zach blends them. His integrated approach to scaling means that people strategy, organizational change, strategic planning, and business process optimization aren’t siloed. It’s easy to separate mission, values, uniqueness, and people competencies into clean, convenient categories (which is why most companies do it). It’s much harder to execute these categories in tandem, which is what Zach will show you how to do.
As a certified Dare to Lead Practitioner, StratOp Facilitator, and Leadership Coaching Specialist (ICF) as well as a certified facilitator of the Emotional Intelligence, Motivational Code, DiSC, Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, Working Genius, and Kolbe assessments, Zach can quickly identify issues that antagonize your business’s best intentions and then prescribe potent remedies.
If you’re looking for more credentials, Zach’s got it. He holds an MBA in strategic management and leadership, has completed post-graduate studies at Harvard University in Industrial Psychology and Change Management, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Zach is also a member and contributor to the Forbes Human Resources Council and the Harvard Business Review’s Advisory Council.
In all his work, Zach seeks to provide enduring value to organizations by coaching leaders to understand and live out their unique gifts, strengths, talents, and passions. Zach lives in Franklin, TN with his his three sons, Nyzire, Ahmir, and Sammy.
Courtney Yezerski, based in Franklin, TN, is a distinguished leader with a profound commitment to inclusive and transformative leadership. Currently pursuing a PhD in in Leadership at Gonzaga University, she also holds an MBA and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, alongside a BA in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. Courtney’s professional journey includes impactful consulting roles with founders and entrepreneurial teams and significant contributions to educational and community organizations.
She notably served on the Board of Trustees for New Hope Academy, where she played a pivotal role in strategic projects and leadership transitions. Additionally, Courtney is an active member of the Franklin Justice and Equity Coalition and the Empowerment Community Church. Married with three sons, she skillfully balances her professional endeavors with a rich family life, embodying the principles of wisdom and compassionate leadership in both her career and personal pursuits.
Sebastian brings over eighteen years of invaluable experience in fostering relationship-building, trust, and empowerment. During this time, he has been actively engaged in learning from leading figures in the field, gathering insightful data, and refining his approach through practical application. His expertise is particularly pronounced in mentoring, promoting social and emotional growth, and guiding others through complex problem-solving scenarios.
In addition to his foundational coaching skills, Sebastian holds a master’s degree in social work and has further enhanced his leadership capabilities through numerous specialized programs. He also plays a pivotal role on the board of a notable foundation, where he reviews grants, assesses community needs, and leads innovative initiatives.
Sebastian’s dedication extends beyond professional realms—he is a committed family man. He enthusiastically coaches his four children in various sports and supports their artistic and dance pursuits. He and his wife cherish their family vacations and the rich, lively discussions that ensue at their dinner table, strengthening their family bonds.
Now, Sebastian is eager to apply his refined skills and comprehensive experience to help others achieve breakthroughs in their personal and professional lives. With a focus on real results rather than quick fixes, Sebastian offers solid, proven strategies for overcoming the most challenging personal and organizational issues.
Meet Stacey, an accomplished consultant with over 14 years of experience in digital agencies, passionate about fostering purposeful leadership and driving positive change.

With expertise in leadership coaching, strategic planning, and fractional leadership, Stacey excels in building strong relationships and translating organizational goals into actionable plans with empathy and creativity.

With a Bachelor’s in Arts Management from the College of Charleston and certifications in mapping and diagramming from Miro and Google Analytics, Stacey’s dedication to continuous growth is undeniable. Raquel is a highly skilled leader who excels in people leadership and operations. She has a team-first mentality and puts culture at the forefront of all her work. Her expertise lies in business, team dynamics, leadership, and strategic planning. Through data-driven insights and empathetic coaching, Raquel empowers organizations to scale sustainably and cultivate authentic leadership.
Certified in Journey Systems Administration, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, Everything DiSC® facilitation, and Kolbe methodology, she brings a human-centered approach to fostering effective communication and team synergy.
Raquel holds a marketing degree from the University of Louisville and resides there with her husband Brian and three children. She is involved in both her kids’ school and church communities.
