We Understand How Hard a Leader
Works for Transformation

Meet the Intention Collective Team

Does it feel like you aren’t making a difference as a leader?

Often in business, it feels like you need to sacrifice profitability for purpose, and revenue for a healthy team culture.

But what if you could grow your business in a sustainable way, while making a huge difference in the lives of your employees and customers? What if you could go from running a business to transforming lives through your business?

Many leaders embrace this philosophy of business, but without the right coach in your corner, it’s really challenging to pull off.

At The Intention Collective we get it and we are excited to invite you into a journey of transformation. One that grows your bottom line while creating a healthy team culture.

Our CEO and founder, Zach Montroy is excited to be leading the incredible team of experts at The Intention Collective. With dozens of certifications, numerous business degrees, and extensive life-experience, the team has helped hundreds of leaders just like you run their business in ways that change the world!

The process is simple — start by scheduling a call so we can better understand your needs. Following that call, you and your leadership team will be invited to a half-day discovery workshop. Finally, we will bring on one of our coaches to help you implement our recommendations.

Once you schedule a call, you’ll have taken the first step to transforming your business!

Our coaches don’t just assess, train, and leave – we join your team to help implement, adapt, and optimize what you are learning in real time. We support you so that you can set a healthy growth trajectory for your team and your business.

Schedule a Consult today so we can get started.

Meet The Team

Zach spent twenty years in executive roles—learning from the best, gathering intel, and testing hypotheses. He has spent the past five years implementing his findings to help entrepreneurs get “unstuck” and scale their businesses. Now he wants to help you scale yours.

While most facilitators bifurcate culture and strategy, Zach blends them. His integrated approach to scaling means that people strategy, organizational change, strategic planning, and business process optimization aren’t siloed. It’s easy to separate mission, values, uniqueness, and people competencies into clean, convenient categories (which is why most companies do it). It’s much harder to execute these categories in tandem, which is what Zach will show you how to do.

As a certified Dare to Lead Practitioner, StratOp Facilitator, and Leadership Coaching Specialist (ICF) as well as a certified facilitator of the Emotional Intelligence, Motivational Code, DiSC, Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, Working Genius, and Kolbe assessments, Zach can quickly identify issues that antagonize your business’s best intentions and then prescribe potent remedies.

If you’re looking for more credentials, Zach’s got it. He holds an MBA in strategic management and leadership, has completed post-graduate studies at Harvard University in Industrial Psychology and Change Management, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Zach is also a member and contributor to the Forbes Human Resources Council and the Harvard Business Review’s Advisory Council.

In all his work, Zach seeks to provide enduring value to organizations by coaching leaders to understand and live out their unique gifts, strengths, talents, and passions. Zach lives in Franklin, TN with his wife Jacki who is a clinical therapist and helps lead Intentional Schools, and their three sons, Nyzire, Ahmir, and Sammy.
