Our trust-building material focuses on personality and self-awareness on teams. For these workshops we can use DISC, Enneagram, 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team among other tools.

BEHAVIOR

Behavior workshops explore unique ability and strengths. We discuss how to match work you give your team to maximize unique ability, employee well-being, and retention. 

We use Kolbe, Working Genius, StrengthsFinder, Emotional Intelligence, and Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) as tools in Behavioral workshops.

CULTURAL COMPETENCY & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Developing cultural competency and navigating change takes courageous leadership. We use Dare to Lead as a tool to equip leaders in these areas.

Full-Day Workshops start at: $6000
