How Team Coaching Works:

  • Each week your certified coach holds open office hours for your team to book time with them.
  • You can utilize these hours in a number of different ways, we’re here to serve you in whatever way is best for your team. A few examples
  • Scheduling certain members of your team to meet with your company coach on a monthly or every other week basis.
  • Leaving all the coaching hours open for your entire team to book coaching time on an as needed basis.
  • Doing a little of each, having regularly scheduled times for certain team members while leaving the rest of the hours open for the rest of the team.
